PROSPERROSE is a grassroots consulting firm established in 2022. We are veteran-owned, and unaffiliated with any overarching corporate entity. Over the years our leadership team has been fortunate to work with and learn from some amazing people worldwide. Being immersed in multicultural environments has sharpened PROSPERROSE's ability to understand various business concepts, adapt to situations as they unfold, and create innovative solutions regardless of complexity.

Chief Executive Officer

Teleda Reed, MBA

Teleda has 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience is both clinical and administrative, gathered from a wide range of specialties. She holds a Master's in Business Administration with a specialty in Healthcare Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration with a specialty in Human Resources. Currently, she is in the pursuit of a 2nd Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is eligible for licensure in December 2025.

Teleda is passionate about helping others realize their full potential. As an encourager of Dreaming Big, she pushes clients to explore all options so that the best solution to meet each need is surfaced.

Chief Operating Officer

Wayne A. Reed, PMP

Wayne Reed is the COO of Prosperrose, bringing over 18 years of expertise in business development, strategy, and project management. His diverse experience spans various industries, including maintenance and operations, highway construction, and emerging technologies. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Project Leader, Wayne is also the Vice President of the Richmond Chapter of COMTO, actively contributing to committees presenting on data analytics and organizational transformations. With a strong foundation as an Army Officer leading engineering initiatives globally, Wayne holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and is recognized for his leadership, innovation, and unwavering dedication.
